Review: I am extremely disappointed with this order. I carefully chose and paid for a soap holder, but instead I received a completely random bag that has nothing to do with my order. I have no use for this item and I did not order it. This is very frustrating because I was expecting my soap holder to arrive, and now I have to spend extra time reporting the mistake and waiting for it to be corrected. I paid for a specific product, so I expect to receive exactly what I ordered. Please send me the correct soap holder as soon as possible. I do not want a refund instead of the product because I still want the item I originally ordered. Please arrange a replacement and tell me what I should do with the incorrect item I received. I would really appreciate it if this could be resolved quickly, because this mistake was made during the fulfillment of my order and was not caused by me. I hope SHEIN can fix this properly and send me my actual order without any further problems.
